Trip to Sipadan Island
[27 - 30 July 2007]

Day 1

[6.00am] Bertolak ke LCCT from Seremban, [6.45am] Arrived LCCT, [7.30am] Our plane berlepas ke Tawau, [10.20am] Arrived Tawau, breakfast @ Gerai Acil Soto Banjar b4 balik ke rumah our friend Arep..

These are what we had for breakfast - Soto Banjar, Nasi Kuning & Gado Gado Sabah..

[2.30pm] Berjalan-jalan sekitar Bandar Tawau, membeli belah dekat Pasar Ikan Tawau.. heaven bagi yg suka masak mcm kawan aku sorg ni.. murah2 gile!! 1kg ketam = rm3 !!

[6.30pm] Start masak.. aku tido je.. hehe.. bangun, tolong member2 aku goreng udang!! [8.30pm] Dinner.. b4 dinner, ambik2 gambar ngan masakan kitorg.. haha..!! After abis dinner, tgk TV, rest & tido..

Day 2

[6.00pm] Bertolak ke Semporna, [7.45pm] Sampai Semporna.. check in dekat Dragon Inn.. lawa gile siot resort dia..!! konsep sgt tidur atas air..!! murah lak tu rate dia..

[9.30am] Naik boat & bertlk ke Sipadan Island.. [11.00am] Sampai ke Pulau Mabul.. ada pulak one group main muzik menyambut ketibaan kitorg.. yg kelakarnya, tong drum dia pakai baldi je.. hehe.. kat Mabul ni pun ada resort kalau ada yg nak overnite kat pulau.. some of the boat passengers mmng drop kat sini & x gi Sipadan.. then kitorg breakfast kat Mabul tu b4 continue our boat ride to Sipadan..

Kitorg pun nak try main muzik gak.. hehe.. look at the beautiful ocean behind!

[11.30am] Off to Sipadan.. only 10 of us gi Sipadan.. my group of friends - 4 org & another 6 tu mat2 salleh scuba divers..

[12.00pm] Arrived Sipadan.. mak aii.. semua yg kat Sipadan ni semuanya foreigners - mat2 salleh & org2 Korea / Jepun.. the rest are armies & penjaga pulau tu.. cun siot ok pulau dia..!! air dia jernih gile..!!!! so off we go snorkeling..!! mmng heaven bg org yg suka snorkeling mcm aku.. cantik sangat2.. Corals besar2 & berwarna warni.. berenang2 dgn ikan2, penyu.. Subhanallah.. susah nak gambarkan the feeling & nikmat dia…

[1.30pm] Naik semula ke darat.. had lunch.. makan time penat2 mmng best.. u know the feeling kan..?! then off we go to another spot to snorkel.. kitorg nye boat bawak kitorg ke tengah2 laut & biar je kitorg go with the current.. mula2 cuak jugak sbb kena lepas kat tgh2 laut dalam.. ye la selama ni aku snorkeling pun x smpai ke tgh laut dalam.. and the experience was overwhelming..!! sgt best..!! rasa mcm tak nak naik semula ke boat.. jmpa bnyk spesis2 ikan cantik2.. pastu coral dia besar2..

[3.00pm] Dah puas snorkel at that port, kitorg balik semula ke darat had tea break.. makan roti dgn jam pun rasa sedap gile je.. hehe.. dah abis makan, naik semula ke boat.. [4.00pm] Our boat brought us to another port.. the rain started to pour.. mula2 ingatkan aktiviti snorkel berenti skejap, tapi tgk Mat2 Salleh scuba divers dlm boat kitorg tu semuanya bersiap2 nak turun.. so that means the rain doesn’t mean anything.. aktiviti snorkel & diving tetap diteruskan.. so kitorg pun bersiap jgk le utk turun dgn flipper semua.. best jgk snorkel dlm hujan2 ni.. hehe..

[5.00pm] So that was our last snorkeling port.. sedih nak balik semula ke Semporna.. huhu.. b4 balik Semporna, singgah dulu kat Mabul ambik some of the passengers yg turun kat sana.. had another tea break, then off we go back to Semporna [6.30pm] Arrived back at Semporna.. penat !!!!! rest sekejap kat our room..

[7.30pm] Had dinner at Uncle Chang’s restaurant.. Uncle Chang ni owner utk company yg buat pekej bwk kitorg ke Sipadan tu.. kebetulan, that nite was the opening nite.. so dia pun jamu kitorang & pelanggan2 dia yg lain makan.. siap ada band lagi..!!

The band.. best jugak soghe mamat ni.. nynyi lagu2 omputih lagi..!

The foods.. most of them are seafood.. best best..!!

[8.30pm] Balik ke resort.. [9.00pm] Tgk IKON Malaysia..!! hehe.. siap request lagi dkt receptionist tu mintak dia bukak Astro Ria.. ye la, kbnykan hotel & resort kan x pasang Ria.. nway, congrates Jac & OAG! Habis IKON, terus tido.. penat..!!!!!!

Day 3

[9.00am] Had breakfast.. habis tu, balik bilik, kemas2 utk balik ke Tawau..

Konsep kan? Ni dekat luar toilet.. nak mandi kena berhati2 sket.. hehe..

[11.00am] Checked out.. b4 gerak balik, kitorg pusing2 around the resort.. sbb resort ni terlampau la cantik, kitorg pun bergambar sakan.. bila lagi kan nak dpt tido kat resort atas air..?! pastu dekat resort ni jugak ada penternakan haiwan laut macam ikan, lobster, ketam, sotong.. semualah.. it was just amazing..!!!

[12.30pm] Pusing2 area Semporna.. kecik je Bandar Semporna ni.. xde apa sgt.. then head to Tawau [1.30pm] Sampai Tawau.. pusing2 bandar Tawau.. ingat nak carik restoran yg serve lobster, tp xde.. kalau nak, kena pre-order awal2.. kempunan nak makan lobster! then kitorg gi Pasar Gantung.. membeli belah barangan specialty kat Tawau.. pastu gi Pasar Ikan Tawau lagi..!! hehe.. seronok tol membeli belah kat situ.. murah2 belaka..!! beli sotong, udang etc utk masak nasik lemak esoknya for our picnic kat waterfall [8.00pm] Balik rumah, rest2, tgk TV, tgk2 gambar, then keluar gi makan kat Restoran Nelayan.. once again, try jgk tny ada lobster ke tak.. xde jgk.. huhu..!! [11.00pm] Sampai rumah terus tido.. penat..!!!!!

Day 4

[9.30am] Our last day in Sabah..!! huhu.. bangun lewat..!! My friends semua bangun awal sbb nk masak nasi lemak bwk gi picnic.. aku sorng je bgn lewat huhu.. bangun2 terus potong tomato, timun buat sandwich.. [10.30am] Bertolak ke Taman Bukit Tawau.. ada waterfall yg cantik katanya kat sana..

[11.30] Arrived Taman Bukit Tawau.. sadly, it was raining..!!! takpelah, alang2 dah smpai, kena jgkla berpicnic kat situ.. cantik sgt tempat ni..!! we were the only one kat situ.. xde org lain sbb hujan.. so agenda pertama, makan..!! breakfast + lunch.. sedap tul makan dlm hujan2 ni.. hujan x jgk berenti2.. gasaklah, kitorg nak jgk mandi kat sungai dia.. sejuk giler..!!!

Sejuk gile air dia..! I was freezing..!

[2.00pm] Dah puas mandi, we head back to Tawau.. smpai Bandar Tawau kitorg berenti kat tepi laut / jeti ambik2 gambar dulu.. then balik semula ke Pasar Gantung sambung membeli belah.. hehe..

Pastu gi pulak pasar kering beli keropok cincin, ikan kering, udang kering etc..

[4.00pm] Beli sayap ayam lelek RM1.20 sblh ngan Pasar Gantung.. murah gile..!! pastu dia punya chicken wing bknnya nipis2 mcm kat KL ni, isi dia tebal gile.. pastu murah plak tu..!!

[5.00pm] Sesampainya kat rumah Arep, terus melantak sayap ayam lelek..!! lazat sehingga menjilat jari..!! serius ni sedap gile.. menyesal beli 5 ketul je, kalau tau la sesedap tu, dah borong 20 dah.. hehe.. [6.00pm] Freshen up, pack2 barang bersedia nak balik.. [7.00pm] Bergerak ke airport Tawau.. [8.00pm] Check in.. lepak kat café, had some ice-cream & Hoko drinks.. masa nak boarding tu, jumpa sorang makcik & mamat Korea yg sama2 gi Sipadan ngan kitorg tu.. [9.00pm] Plane berlepas [11.45] Arrived LCCT.. ambik cab balik ke S’ban.. terus tido.. penat..!!!!!

Gitulah citenye, holiday kitorg ke Tawau, Semporna, Sipadan.. it really was a satisfying experience.. best gile.. thanks to Arep sbb jdk tourist guide kitorg.. and also to Josh, housemate Arep yg bagi kitorg lepak rumah korg yg sungguh cantik tu..!! lain kali boleh le pegi lagi ye..

Gathering Santai Selebriti
Waris Jari Hantu

This event was organised by Budiey @ TGV KLCC.. their 3rd gathering.. i didn't join the first two.. so decided to join this one.. sbb my fren Coinsss beriye ajak.. so i decided to give it a go.. lagipun mmng dah berhajat nk tgk cite Waris Jari Hantu ni.. kalau nk gi sndiri2, mmng alamatnya x pegi2 la coz slalunya i couldn't find the time for myself to go to the cinemas.. i couldn't even remember the last movie that i watched..

So there i was with Budiey, Coinsss, Ajami, Pakcik MMA and Santai Selebriti readers which i don't really know.. there were 2 of them from S'pore and one from Jakarta.. head over to Budiey's blog to watch their pictures.. then after the movie, we went for lunch at the KLCC food court.. then borak-borak and everything, dlm kul 3-4 mcm kitorg beransur pulang.. owh lupa, thank Budiey for getting us the WJH t-shirts, notebook & CDs..!

Anyway, talking about the movie, the were highs and lows.. i'm not gonna do the synopsis here coz u can find it a lot elsewhere.. or u can just go to the official website of the movie.. i just wanna give my 2 cents of the movie.. there are some parts which i really like and a lot which i don't.. 1st of all, the plots agak berkecamuk.. the subplots were intertwined and u don't know which the main plot is.. is it tentang pencarian waris saka? or hubungan antara Ari & Tina, ataupun konflik identiti Ari @ Arina.. to me yang menyerlah dalam filem ni hanyalah plot tentang Ari.. Rusdi Ramli saves the whole movie..!! he is really believable as this Mat Kepit or Mat Patah as he was called in the movie.. salute to him.. he might even bag Best Male Actor trophy this year..! Maya was not as convincing as in PHSM, but Azean, Liza Othman & Nanu once again proved themselve as credible actresses.. owh, and Ida Nerina's cameo pun best.. kelakar..!!

Apart from that, the cinematography agak cantik la.. especially the scenes dekat kampung.. and the CGI pun quite ok.. but still not convincing enough for me.. some parts seems a bit kelakar.. but hats off to Shumi for trying something new.. and that's just about it.. nothing that could make me jump off my seat..

Jom Bowling Bersama Abdul-Mafia (Mawifrenz)

Ok.. ni pulak another story altogether.. the same day dgn gathering Santai Selebriti tu, ada tournament bowling anjuran Abdul-Mafia (Mawifrenz) pulak sblh malam.. i was one of the player utk NingClix.. initially, i never planned to join this tourney coz tau psl ni pun dah lwt.. geng bowling from DNF semua x free.. then hr tu ms lepak2 ngan bdk2 Da VoMs, they were talking about sending a team for this tourney.. and also present kat situ was my fren who is the president of NingClix.. so aku pun suggest kat dia hntr team NingClix and i want to be one of the player.. keji tak promo diri sendiri..!! lantaklah yg penting i want to play..!! so mlm tu jgk register, and lucky me, we were the last team to register..

So ada 28 teams yg joined this tourney.. most of them are from Mawifrenz.. from other FCs ada NingClix, Za8FC, Da VOM (Mila FC - 2 teams), Shawal FC (2 teams), and a few more which i couldn't remember.. our lane sblh ngan team Da VOM.. mmng happening gile Da VOM.. mmng patutla dpt Team Paling Havoc..

So after the games finished, we placed 4th place out of 28 teams..!! yeayy..!! not only that, one of our player, Yusli won 2nd place overall male player, while Nisa, won 3rd place for overall female player.. wait.. that's not just it.. we also won Team Paling Bergaya..!! haha.. well, actually bknnya bergaya pun.. it's just that our team had the best jersey.. thank to Elly yang bersusah payah buat jersey tu.. my friends from Za8FC finished 6th place, while Da VOMs placed 11th & 12th.. Da VOMs 1 as mentioned earlier won team plng havoc.. and deservedly so..

LaMBaiAn KoTa KiNaBaLu

11 - 13 MaY 2007

I had the chance to go to KK the past weekend on work purpose.. extended few days for holiday.. i stayed at Hyatt Regency, just nearby the ocean.. it has a very beautiful view.. so since i arrived alone on day 1, i just walked along the beach by myself, watched the fishermen doing their job, jalan2 kat pasar philipine (they sell loads of accessories made of pearls & crystals) & walked around the town.. didn't shop on that 1st day coz i don't really know how.. hehe..

Then on the 2nd day, my friend Arep came from Tawau.. kebetulan, he had a course at JB the following week.. and since dia kena transit kat KK, i asked him to join me there, so he booked an earlier flight & spent few days in KK with before boarding to KLIA.. so that morning on the 2nd day, i had a job to be done.. just a half day work.. after work, had Lemon Chicken Rice for lunch at Plaza Karamunsing.. then head back to m hotel.. later that day, Arep bawak jalan2 around KK.. this time baru dpt jalan betul2 & ambik gambar.. coz the day before, i was alone.. nk ambik gmbr pun susah..



Destinasi pertama pastinya Pasar Philipine.. dkt je ngan my hotel.. just walking distance.. people come here to buy accessories of pearls & crystals, local kraftangan & mcm2 souveniers.. best gile membeli belah kat sini.. bnyk sgt choices smpai tak tau nak memilih.. i bought some nice pearl bracelets for my mum & sisters and plenty of crystal bracelects for souveniers.. then gi pasar kat sebelah yg jual ikan2 kering, ikan bilis etc.. bought a few coz tak reti nak beli apa.. hehe..


Pastu gi jalan2 along dermaga along the beach.. best jalan2 kat sini sebab ada bnyk stalls jual food & drinks.. bnyk gak ambik gmbr2 kat sini.. sbb view dia mmng cantik.. pastu ada bnyk fisherman's boat.. at one spot tu ada sediakan massage service.. interesting gak..

Pastu we settled at one spot for drinks & ice-cream.. lama lepak kat sini sbb ada one friend of ours, Blad joining us.. n view kat situ pun best.. kitorg start lepak kat situ dah nak dekat sunset.. so we took pix dr start sunset smpai le malam.. very very nice..!!


Then malamnya Arep's friend who works in KK bawak kitorg dinner somewhere else.. lupa plak nk tanya apa nama tempat tu.. by 8.45 mcm tu, we head back to our hotel sbb kwn Arep ni nk tgk AF.. and kat our hotel pun ada Astro Ria.. so boleh le layan.. and town KK pun ala2 dah suram time2 kul 9 mcm tu.. so lepak kat hotel le jwbnya.. tengah2 dok tgk AF, tetiba dgr bunyi letupan kat luar.. rupa2nya fireworks sempena pesta keamatan.. bergegas kitorg keluar nak ambk gambar..


Then esoknya, pagi2 lagi Arep dah ke KKIA utk flight dia ke KLIA, then to JB.. my flight was later that day in the afternoon.. and since my friend Blad keje petang, he brought me jalan2 and we had lunch sup tulang.. around 2 mcm tu, i head to the airport for my flight back to KL.. altho it was a short holiday, i really had fun.. perhaps next time harap2nya dapat naik boat gi Pulau Gaya.. probably next month i'll be going to KK again.. so this time, i'll definitely know what to do.. can't wait to get back to KK..!!

Happy 3^rd Anniversary to my blog..!! actually it’s a belated wish.. coz the exact date is May 12^th.. I was in KK on that date, so doesn’t have the chance to wish on time.. gosh.. it’s been 3 years already I’ve been writing in this blog.. it seems so fast.. and I owe a lot to it..!! with this blog, I earned myself a lot of friends, I get to meet celebs that I adore, I got to know insiders in the entertainment industry.. some people even thought I’m a reporter or involves directly in showbiz.. but the truth is, I’m just an ordinary person who loves music & anything that has got to do with entertainment.. and that’s the reason I started blogging in 1^st place.. to express my thoughts on things that interests me most.. and look where it has got me? At this point, this blog has reached 69 574 hits.. considering that I’m nobody in this industry [and just a fan], I consider that a huge number although it’s relatively small compared to other top entertainment bloggers here in Malaysia.. but still, I’m proud of it.. this blog has been linked by some of the top bloggers, has been linked to Official Websites of Malaysian artistes, and read by thousands of people.. so yeah, I’m very very proud & happy with it.. that’s the ever more reason for me to continue blogging and I really hope that all u reader out there will keep on reading & enjoy my writing.. thanks for being a faithful reader.. will blog about my trip in KK tomorrow .. luv y’all..!!
